Jay's is an extension to the Facebook Page & Sanctuary of Dragons. While at present they feel somewhere between a project and a work in progress, to some degree that how I feel at times as well, but like all projects and works in progress they do at some point actually get finished!

Recently, I have realised that perhaps the best way to understand what it is I do is to come to an event, a workshop, or a group and make up your mind about the experience. That way whether you have met me on my journey, or meeting me for the first time you get to experience where I am now.

My events, groups, and workshops all have one core belief: Experience is the key to everything, including learning. In my work my aim is to achieve both inner and outer balance, between the Yin and the Yang. Jay's is the work I do with Yang, which is the physical aspect to the body. While Sanctuary of Dragons is the Yin aspect, working with the energy bodies.

Many of the Tai Chi, Qigong and Chair Yoga events and groups can be found on Jay's (This Site) and Jay Cassels (Facebook), the groups are informal and the forms taught are non-combat, focusing on of relaxation and mindfulness in practice.

They are based within the philosophy, ancient traditions and the work from the Chinese Qigong Health Association, an organisation that since 1950 – 1970 [approximately], have developed QiGong and Tai Chi based sequences, from the earliest beginnings of Chinese culture and medicine.
